Wednesday 24th and 31st CANCELLED

With the Roundhouse Community Center closed and both Wednesday’s falling on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve, Vancouver Frontrunners will NOT be meeting on either of these nights, and will also be cancelling our regular dinners.

VFR will continue to meet at the Brocton Oval Fieldhouse for our regular Saturday runs followed by brunch at the HUB restaurant on Denman Street. Regular schedules will return commencing on Saturday the 3rd of January for the new year.

The board of Vancouver Frontrunners wishes everyone a happy and joyous holiday season and hope that everyone get to spend time with family and loved ones.

Stay Safe!

Eat 2 Run Nutrition Workshop

On the 5th of November some of VFR’s members traded in their Wednesday night run in exchange for an Eat2Run entertaining nutrition workshop hosted by Sarah Cuff from Eat2Run and it was without a doubt one of the most educational and enlightening workshops. We got to sample Sarah’s Cherry Berry post workout shake and some Energy Chocolate bites that were really delicious. There was so much information to take away that we may just have to get Sarah back for another workshop! Check out some of the photo’s below.
