On the 5th of November some of VFR’s members traded in their Wednesday night run in exchange for an entertaining nutrition workshop hosted by Sarah Cuff from Eat2Run and it was without a doubt one of the most educational and enlightening workshops. We got to sample Sarah’s Cherry Berry post workout shake and some Energy Chocolate bites that were really delicious. There was so much information to take away that we may just have to get Sarah back for another workshop! Check out some of the photo’s below.
